awesome! all of these updates would be amazing! because theres a limit in how you can make chips more complicated without making it look like spaghetti

where can i find the PRs?

In the original game, the pins were smaller by a bit, which i liked because you could put in more pins as a result, so im wondering if the pins could be smaller in this one aswell, because then people would be able to make 8-bit computers, and could be a temporary solution at the least.

you could easily turn this into an 8-bit ALU, unfortunately DLS can only hold 16 pins at the very most, god i wish we could have more pins

Whenever I make a copy of a chip, and then I place the original chip inside the copy chip, next thing you know, literally everything is unresponsive, you cant place chips, you cant activate switches, you cant even exit the game, youre forced to ALT F4 the program

Idea:

Instead of being limited to 16 pins on each chip, what you could do instead is seperate the chip factory UI from the screen itself, where you can have a light-coloured box that you can resize and move the camera around to be able to have a large amount of pins, its probably gonna take alot of time, but I think its 100% worth it.


Idea:

We can have multi-bit wires to make chips easier,  we should be able to select the no. of bits for pins and wires,  we can view the wire bits by selecting it.

Idea:

We can also have bit-screens, theyre basically like 7-segment displays, but instead it shows an array of bits that we can modify, this bit-screen and the 7-segment are perfect for being placed on the outside of a chip.

The shortcuts are spelled CRTL, when it should be CTRL
